When will my pre-order arrive?
We aim to ship all pre-orders one day before the release date. Depending on your delivery area, you may receive the product on the release day. Please note that the release date is an estimate, and products may occasionally arrive late to us.
When do I pay for my pre-order?
All payments are charged at the time of order, not when the pre-order product is released.
Why can't I pay for my pre-order with Klarna?
Since pre-orders are shipped only after the product is released, Klarna is not available as a payment option for these orders. For pre-orders, you can use a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex). For orders where the product is immediately available, Klarna can be selected as a payment method.
Could you send products earlier?
We will ship the entire order only once all products have been released and are available. We currently do not make changes to pre-orders, so we recommend placing separate orders if you want products that are already available sooner.
