Pre-Order Policy
We offer pre-orders on new products before they release. This is a great way for the customer to secure products in advance. Customers should be aware that sometimes due to circumstances outside of our control products might arrive to us late or in the worst case not at all. In the event that two customers have pre-ordered a product and we do not receive enough we will honor the sales in the order that they were processed.
Pre-Orders & Klarna Payments
Customers may use Klarna Payments as a payment method when placing pre-orders. As all preorders are paid for in advance we will process the payment with Klarna when the order is placed.
As an example a preorder placed using Klarna’s pay in 30 days will be required to be paid 30 days from the order being accepted & not 30 days from the order being dispatched.
Modifying Orders
If you would like to make a modification to one of your orders please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that during busy periods such as set releases & holidays this may not be possible. In general we do not offer modifications on pre-orders, instead we can cancel the old order and the customer can make a new replacement order.
Orders returned due to incomplete address
It is the customers’ responsibility to provide a complete address, in the event that the goods are posted, but cannot be delivered due to an error on the customers part we reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items once they are returned by the carrier. The customer may of course choose to treat the order as an unwanted item and return it under the return’s policy.
Order lost in transit
Please note that if you report your item as having not arrived, we reserve the right to resend the order rather than issue a refund. We will always endeavour to send a replacement order by tracked delivery.
Restriction of goods
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same debit / credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied to an existing order. We reserve the right to cancel any order without warning or notification for any reason.
Declining to Trade
By advertising goods on our website we are not offering goods for sale; we are making an invitation to trade. When you, the customer purchases items through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods. It is then up to us if we accept the offer.
If we do not wish to accept your offer to purchase the goods, we will write to you as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after the offer is placed to inform you of our decision.
Dispute Resolution
We will always attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation. In the event that a dispute between ourselves and a customer cannot be resolved through negotiation. The customer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Desputes Board.
Attorney fees will not be reimbursed. This is because the Consumer Desputes Board offers free help and advice in resolving these desputes.
